I thought I would make a quick mention of the upcoming Triathlon. There has been a flurry of activity as everyone has been getting ready for the tri that is coming up in 2 1/2 weeks. I have put in more time this year than I have in the past 5 years of doing this event, and as a result I am in the best shape that I have been in for a while. I thought I would add a photo of the red rocket( Trek Triathlon Bike). So far the new ride has proved to be fast and fun to ride. Kerry thinks I may have gone overboard with the bike choice, but I feel good riding it so that makes it seem an appropriate choice. More on the race to follow.
