My bags are packed and we are now just playing the waiting game. Ike is convinced he is having a sister - he has been sticking to that since the day we told him he was going to be a big brother. We are constantly reminding him that it could be a boy but he seems to look at us like we are crazy. We are feeling prepared and ready for the newest Schutz to arrive and join in the fun.
Summer so far in a nutshell...
I have been remiss with my blogging these days but we still have been having a great Summer! We have been VERY busy this Summer... making the most of being very pregnant in the heat, enjoying our last days as a family of 3, surviving several July heat waves, shooting a wedding 4th of July weekend, moving out for a week to have our upstairs floors refinished, setting up Ike's new room, recreating the nursery, Ike perfecting riding his bike on 2 wheels, swimming lessons, loving having Hannah here to enjoy the days with Ike, Mommy spending 4 days in the hospital with the stomach bug, logging endless hours at the yacht club with friends on the weekends and making banditos in the garage with Daddy!

During our trip to Charleston, I hired my friend Blakely from college at Crescent Moon Photography take our family photos and she did a great job!!! Blakely and I lived together in the Tri-Delta house for 2 years and funny how we both ended up with the photography bug. We also did the whole Sawyer family and I know those will be great too and I enjoyed being on the other side of the camera :) Here are a few sneak peeks.

We are very excited to add a new member to our family -- baby Schutz is to arrive in mid-August. Ike is also excited and he says "my baby is a girl and her name is Anna" :-)
