Consumed

Swim, Bike , Run. I have to say the triathlon has consumed me. This morning I met the group (Amy, Matt, Peter Fitton and Bridget) on the Guilford green at 5am to ride. Since Ike was born 5am has not been a good hour of the day for us. So when I got invited to join the group I was reluctant. I can now see why they pick 5am for the runs as it was great to ride around Guilford sans traffic. But if that was not enough I rode and ran with Bill Mulligan after work and finished the day in Sachems head harbor. A week and a half to go.
