A few weekends ago, we headed to Hamburg Cove on the CT River for lunch on the Shelter with Kyle and Bing. It was the start of the crisp fall area and the leaves. Ike had a great time and of course the meltdown of the day was when he wanted to swim! He luckily had on long underwear/pj pants so we were able to let him layer down and splash in the water for a final kick of the season.

Boppy was trying to convince Ike the water was cold but he didn't care...

(replacing the red boat which mysteriously disappeared over labor day weekend- family tragedy)
Ike loves it of course though there will always be a special place in our hearts for red boat.
