Happy Birthday Harcourt
We celebrated Harcourt's birthday with a Southern flare on Saturday night- oysters and Frogmore Stew. I realized that yankee's don't have the first clue about Frogmore Stew when they thought it either was something in a thick sauce and/or it contained frogs! To their suprise, it was a yummy shrimp boil with shrimp sent FedEx from Charleston (thanks Mom & Dad!!!). This is a Sawyer family tradition but it was Harcourt's first time following Dad's recipe and it turned out great!
